Judge Leung, the first Asian American appointed to the federal bench in Minnesota, will share his reflections on this year’s theme, “Resilience and Progress: Advocating for Our Future.” We are proud to recognize his trailblazing leadership and enduring impact on the legal community in Minnesota and beyond.
